We use international courier companies like fedex, TNT, DHL, EMS, UPS. If you have any particular choice please let us know we will send your package through the choice of your courier company.
We deliver our shipment within 10 to 12 business days upon receiving orders.

Sometimes as per system package is left at the door if no one is there to open the door and sign and receive the package. You can cantact by phone of your local courier company office and enquire about your package. Or you can collect the package from the office of that courier company if you want. Delivaries are made as per the working days of the respective countries.
In case of lost of goods or some mishap you can contact your shipping company or you can contact us by email or phone anything you like. We will do our best we can. You dont have to worry about it but we might need a little support from your side since you are located in that particular country so you might need to make a call or two.
we take utmost care packing your goods so that it doesnt get damaged during transit but since its international courier customs opens package and they dont pack it carefully. It happens rare but it does happen. Thats why its better to go for responsible companies like fedex, dhl etc.
Custom duties are charged as per the particular country's custom department we are afraid its not in our controll but if you are worried about it please let us know and we will enquire about it at our courier company and inform you.
